Steps for Setting up your Insight Chicago O365 OneDrive account.

  1. Sign in to your Insight Chicago Microsoft O365 account

  2. Select the white or blue OneDrive cloud icon in the Windows taskbar notification area.

  3. Select OneDrive Help and Settings iconHelp & Settings > Settings.

    (You might need to click the Show hidden icons arrow next to the notification area to see the OneDrive icon. If the icon doesn't appear in the notification area, OneDrive might not be running. Click Start, type OneDrive in the search box, and then click OneDrive in the search results.)

  4. In Settings, select Account, and then select Add an account.

  5. When OneDrive Setup starts, enter your new account, and then select Sign in.

Steps for Transferring your O365 Files From Trinity One Drive to Insight Chicago OneDrive


  1. Open File Explorer and Identify your two One Drive Accounts. Click on your Trinity OneDrive Account to show the files.

  2. Drag and drop the files you want to be added to your Insight Chicago OneDrive account.

  3. Open the Insight Chicago OneDrive account to verify that the files you need have been successfully transferred.
