Access your Office 365 account

First sign-in

1.      Open web browser (Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, etc)

2.      Navigate to the weblink – https://outlook.office.com

3.      Enter your Username. ([email protected]). NOTE: Your username and email prefix may be different. When logging in be sure to use your account username. Your sending and receiving email name will be a form of your name @insightchicago.com. Your Username may be a combination of letters and numbers.

4.      Press Next and Enter your password.(Use the same password you have been using.)

5.      During the first sign-in you will be required to provide additional information for Self Service Password Reset and Multi-Factor Authentication

6.      You will need to download Microsoft Authenticator app.

7.      When the Microsoft Authenticator app is installed click Next and scan the QR code with the app.

8.      When your account is added to the Authenticator App, press Next and approve sign-in on your mobile device.

9.      As next step you will be required to provide your Phone number and verify it

10.  When your number is verified, you will see next screen

11.  Press Next and you can use your mailbox.
